In the first two modules you’ll get an overview of project management and the different strategies and methodologies applicable in each context. In addition, you’ll understand the importance of preparing a budget at the beginning of the project and how the project evolves.

During the following three modules you’ll learn how to use tools to manage every as-pect of a project portfolio: scope, time, cost, quality and risks, as well as the organiza-tion of a competent human team. You’ll also learn competencies, ethics and social re-sponsibility, all essential for becoming the project manager that companies currently demand.

In the sixth module you’ll learn how to use the necessary tools to deal with legal as-pects in different jurisdictions and the implications from a compliance and corporate social responsibility perspective.

You’ll also do your internship in the area of project management in a professional environment, a highly valued experience when it comes to earning the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. You’ll also be able to apply all the knowledge acquired in your master’s thesis.

If a student admitted to the master’s degree has a profile that differs from those recommended, they will have to complete additional training before starting the master’s degree in order to compensate for any possible training deficiencies, depending on the student’s degree qualification and their professional experience.

Regarding the offer of elective courses, a minimum number of students enrolled in each course will be required for it to be delivered.
